Create personal property website virtual tours for potential buyers
Provide Realtor marketing brochures to be left at the property
LISTING PERIOD
Create and submit online listing in both Boulder and Denver area MLS systems which automatically adds your listing to Zillow.com, Realtor.com, Trulia.com and many other listing search engines
Enhanced Realtor.com listing provides virtual tours, additional information and photos
Schedule and host an Open House the first weekend the house is on the market

UNDER CONTRACT PERIOD
